Dining here at the Inn is a very important part of your stay. Chef Jeff Scott prepares fine New England fare with only the freshest of ingredients. Everything that is served is made in our kitchen using local, organic produce, free-range meats and poultry, seasonal game, local cheeses and dairy products, fresh-daily fish and home-baked breads, pastries and desserts. Dinner starts with an Artisan Cheese Selection in the Bar, followed by a fabulous 5-course meal in our romantic wood-paneled dining room with fireplace, candle light and fabulous views. The Inn serves a sumptuous, multi-course breakfast each morning with fresh-baked muffins, omelets, pancakes and even dessert!
